Acid Blend for wine is a blend of Tartaric, Malic & Citric Acid, this wine treatment is formulated to match the natural acid ratio found in fruit.
Wines lacking in acid miss that zing and home made white wines can lack the acid needed.
Using Acid Blend gives superior results compared to just using one type of acid.
